In reply to Adrian. Hey, Adrian! We have a feature that allows an organization to add offline donations. When you manually add the offline donation, the progress meter will update to reflect the new donation total on your campaign. If you'd like, you can read more about adding offline donations here.

In reply to Charles Zhang. For donations that happen outside donorbox, for example, a local business hands us a large check, can I update progress manually for the donorbox campaign?

Hello! We love this Donor Box!

I followed the exact steps on this page to create a the custom modal pop up on our site but the buttons will not open a pop up anymore…they worked when I tested them at first. I pasted in the code above, added the “custom-dbox-popup” class to m buttons but it wont work. all isnt lost, the buttons go to the Donor Box page so people can still donate bt it’d be great if it worked as intended.
